* manual/creature.texi: Describe this.
* manual/socket.texi: Describe connect, accept, send, sendmsg, sendto,
recv, recvfrom, and recvmsg as cancelation points.
* sysdeps/unix/inet/syscalls.list: Add __libc_* names for these
functions.
