Update.
* elf/Makefile (distribute): Add do-lookup.h.
* elf/do-lookup.h: New file. Split out from dl-lookup.c.
* elf/dl-lookup.c: Move do_lookup function in separate file and
include the file twice, for handling versioning and without it.
