Update.
* sysdeps/ia64/bits/byteswap.h: New file.
Patch by Dan Pop <Dan.Pop@cern.ch>.
* misc/sys/cdefs.h: Define __attribute_format_arg__.
* intl/libintl.h: Use it here instead of using __attribute__ directly.
