(BASE_TARGET_EXPORTS): Add OBJCOPY. (OBJCOPY_FOR_TARGET): New variable. (EXTRA_TARGET_FLAGS): Add OBJCOPY. * Makefile.in: Regenerate. * configure.ac: Check for already installed target objcopy.
