* breakpoint.c (insert_breakpoints, watchpoint_check,
bpstat_stop_status): Do not disable watchpoints going out of scope.
(insert_breakpoints): Make sure that the current frame is valid
before calling find_frame_addr_in_frame_chain.
* top.c (setup_user_args): Handle quotes and backslashes.
(print_gdb_version): Update copyright year.
