* remote.c (remote_read_bytes, remote_write_bytes): Second arg
should be char *, not unsigned char *.
* dcache.h (memxferfunc): Ditto.
* monitor.c (monitor_write_memory, monitor_read_memory_single):
Ditto.
(monitor_make_srec): Let compiler figure size of hextab.
