gas: run the sparc test dcti-couples-v9 only in ELF targets.

* testsuite/gas/sparc/sparc.exp (gas_64_check): Run
dcti-couples-v9 only in ELF targets to avoid spurious failures in
sparc-aout and sparc-coff targets.
