* elf-bfd.h (SYMBOL_REFERENCES_LOCAL): Fix a typo.
(SYMBOL_CALLS_LOCAL): Likewise.
* elflink.c (_bfd_elf_dynamic_symbol_p): Return TRUE
immediately if symbol isn't defined locally.
