RISC-V: Improve length attributes for atomic insn sequences
gcc/ChangeLog:
* config/riscv/sync-rvwmo.md: Add conditional length attributes.
* config/riscv/sync-ztso.md: Ditto.
* config/riscv/sync.md: Fix incorrect insn length attributes and
reformat existing conditional checks.
