gdb/testsuite: modernize configure.ac
Run autoupdate, the only change is to split AC_INIT into AC_INIT and
AC_CONFIG_SRCDIR.
gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* configure.ac: Split AC_INIT into AC_INIT and AC_CONFIG_SRCDIR.
* configure: Re-generate.
