Re: PowerPC notoc call stub tests
Correct the tests for powerpc 32-bit targets.
* testsuite/ld-powerpc/callstub-1.d: Pass -melf64ppc to ld.
* testsuite/ld-powerpc/callstub-2.d: Likewise.
