For movs, change MMMM field to GGGG, and mmmm field to MMMM. Added entries for movx, movy and parallel processing insns. (ppi_tab): New array. (qfunc): Stabilize sort. (expand_opcode): Handle [01][01]NN, [01][01]xx and [01][01]yy. Handle 'M', 'G' 's' 'X', 'a', 'Y' and 'A'. (dumptable): Now takes three arguments. Changed all callers.
