* armos.c (SWIWrite0): Use generic host_callback mechanism
for supported OS functions "open", "close", "write", etc. (SWIopen): Likewise. (SWIread): Likewise. (SWIwrite): Likewise. (SWIflen): Likewise. (ARMul_OSHandleSWI): Likewise.
