* cgen-mem.h: Delete inclusion of sim-xcat.h. * cgen-sim.h: Ditto. * sim-alu.h: Replace sim-xcat.h with symcat.h. * sim-n-bits.h: Ditto. * sim-n-core.h: Ditto. * sim-n-endian.h: Ditto.
