gld${EMULATION_NAME}_finish. Call gld${EMULATION_NAME}_finish.
(LDEMUL_FINISH): Update.
* emultempl/hppaelf.em (hppaelf_finish, LDEMUL_FINISH): Likewise.
* emultempl/m68hc1xelf.em (m68hc11elf_finish, LDEMUL_FINISH): Likewise.
ld/testsuite/
* ld-powerpc/tlsexe.r: Update.
