Remove regcache_raw_write
Remove regcache_raw_write, update all callers to use regcache::raw_write
instead.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* regcache.h (regcache_raw_write): Remove, update callers to use
regcache::raw_write instead.
* regcache.c (regcache_raw_write): Remove.
