(register_changed): Delete declaration.
* regcache.c (regcache_cooked_read_using_offset_hack)
(regcache_cooked_write_using_offset_hack): Delete functions.
(cooked_xfer_using_offset_hack): Delete function.
(register_changed): Delete function.
