Use ACX_PROG_CMP_IGNORE_INITIAL in gas
* configure.ac: Invoke ACX_PROG_CMP_IGNORE_INITIAL.
* Makefile.am (comparison): Rewrite using do_compare.
* configure: Regenerate.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* doc/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
