gold: Build Gold IFUNC tests with -fPIC/-fPIE instead of -fpic/-fpie.

* Makefile.am: Build IFUNC tests with -fPIC and -fPIE instead of
-fpic and -fpie respectively.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
