* common.h (SHT_GNU_INCREMENTAL_INPUTS): Define. elfcpp: * elfcpp.h (SHT_GNU_INCREMENTAL_INPUTS): Define. gold: * incremental.cc: New file. * Makefile.am (CCFILES): Add incremental.cc. * Makefile.in: Rebuild.
