	* dyn-string.c: Removed. Not needed with dyn-string.c in
	libiberty.
	* dyn-string.h: Likewise.

	* Makefile.am: Remove references to dyn-string.c and
	dyn-string.h. Rebuild dependency.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuild.
