* nlmcode.h (nlm_write_object_contents): procedure offsets are
from start of code segment, not start of file.
* config/i386-nlm.mt (DEFAULT_VECTOR): It's nlm32_i386_vec, not
bfd_nlm32_i386_vec.
* configure.in (SELECT_VECS switch): Likewise.
