* elf32-sparc.c (elf32_sparc_size_dynamic_sections): Set dynindx
for a section even if it is not loaded.
Otherwise compiling this
static char bar; char *foo() { return &bar; }
without -fpic and then doing ld -shared OBJECT dumps core.
