* read.c (pseudo_set, case O_symbol): If OBJ_COPY_SYMBOL_ATTRIBUTES is defined,
invoke it.
[BFD_ASSEMBLER]: Copy BSF_FUNCTION setting too.
* config/obj-elf.h (OBJ_COPY_SYMBOL_ATTRIBUTES): Define.
