* linux-thread-db.c (thread_db_pid_to_str): Print thread IDs
as hexadecimal.
* gdb.threads/linux-dp.exp: Expect hexadecimal thread IDs.
* gdb.threads/print-threads.exp (test_all_threads): Allow
negative and hexadecimal thread IDs.
