staging: rtl8723bs: replace OP_MODE_* and HT_INFO_OPERATION_MODE_* macros



Replace unique OP_MODE_* and HT_INFO_OPERATION_MODE_* macro families
with kernel provided IEEE80211_HT_OP_MODE_* macros.
