Illumina Mousev1p1 annotation data assembled using data from public repositories. Accession IDs taken from Barbosa-Morais NL et al (in prep) http://www.compbio.group.cam.ac.uk/Resources/Annotation/ where only matches with Perfect or Good probe annotation were included and searches were made only against RefSeq accession IDs. This annotation package is to be used with the output from a bead-level analysis with numeric probe IDs (Array_Address_ID in the original annotation) as keys.
